Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect only what you type into the playtest application form. We use it to run the playtest and to email you about it. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertisers. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@wrmachines.com.
1. General provisions
1.1. This is the policy of Game of Dreams LLC (1st Murghab Passage, 12, Tashkent, Uzbekistan), hereinafter also "the Company", regarding the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter also "the Policy").
1.2. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, and defines how the Company processes personal data and the measures it takes to keep that data secure.
1.3. This Policy applies to all information the Company may obtain about visitors of the website at wrmachines.com (hereinafter "the Site").
1.4. The Site may contain links to resources operated by other providers. The Company does not control those resources, and this Policy does not extend to them.
2. Terms
2.1. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User.
2.2. User — any visitor of the Site.
2.3. Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed on personal data with or without the use of automation, including collection, recording, structuring, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
- running the closed playtest programme — reviewing applications, selecting testers and sending out access invitations;
- contacting the User about the playtest and the development of the game, including announcements and requests for feedback;
- responding to enquiries the User sends to the Company;
- evaluating the effectiveness of the Company's own advertising, in aggregate form.
3.2. The Company may collect technical information when the User visits the Site. This information is used to keep the Site working, to fix errors and to improve the experience. The Company does not use it to identify a particular User.
4. Legal basis for processing
4.1. The Company processes the User's personal data only where the User has entered and submitted it independently through the form placed on the Site. By completing the form and submitting it, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
4.2. Where the User is located in a jurisdiction that recognises additional legal bases, the Company also relies on its legitimate interest in operating a secure Site and in evaluating its own marketing.
4.3. Providing personal data is voluntary. Without an email address the Company cannot send a playtest invitation, and the application cannot be processed.
5. What data is collected

The Company does not request and does not want payment details, government identification numbers, or any special-category data such as health, religion or political opinions. Please do not enter such information in free-text fields.
6. Storage, transfer and other processing
6.1. Processing is carried out in accordance with the principles and rules laid down by applicable law.
6.2. The Company keeps personal data secure and takes all reasonable measures to prevent access to it by unauthorised persons.
6.3. The Company does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties except to the service providers it needs in order to operate:
- Tally BV (Belgium) — the form builder used to collect and store application responses. Data is hosted in the European Union. See Tally's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the Site and email forwarding for the Company's domain. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
6.4. These providers may process data outside Uzbekistan, including in the European Union and the United States.
6.5. Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are fulfilled or until the User withdraws consent, whichever comes first. Applications are kept for no longer than 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6.6. If the User finds inaccuracies in their personal data, they may have it corrected by writing to contact@wrmachines.com with the subject "Data correction".
6.7. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by writing to contact@wrmachines.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent". Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
7. Rights of the User
Depending on where the User is located, they may have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal data the Company holds about them;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have their data deleted;
- object to or restrict the way it is processed;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- receive their data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Requests are sent to contact@wrmachines.com and are answered within 30 days.
8. Cookies and tracking
8.1. The Site itself currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If measurement tools are added in future, a consent notice will appear before any non-essential cookie is set, and the User will be able to decline without losing access to any part of the Site.
8.2. The application form is embedded from Tally. When it loads, Tally may set its own cookies and receives the User's IP address as the operator of that service.
9. Children
The Site and the playtest are not directed at children under 16 years of age, and the Company does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted data to the Company, write to contact@wrmachines.com and it will be deleted.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1. The Company applies reasonable security measures to protect data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the data.
10.2. Technical security measures are implemented with regard to the state of the art, the nature of the information processed and the risks associated with its processing.
11. Changes to this Policy and contacts
11.1. The Company may amend this Policy at any time. Any changes to the way the Company processes personal data will be reflected in this document, and the date at the top of the page will be updated.
11.2. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version. The current version is always available at wrmachines.com/privacy.
11.3. The User may obtain any clarification regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Company at contact@wrmachines.com.
